Daniela E. Pavuk

I work closely with my clients on issues that impact the most important parts of their lives - their work, their businesses, and their inalienable right to pursue life's basic necessities. One of my clients described me as “professional while still being personable and someone I want to spend time with.” Another stated that my skills “go beyond expectations when dealing with highly stressful cases.” I work side-by-side with my clients to obtain results and solutions that work for them.

My tenacity and dedication came from life experience. One of the most important events in my life happened before I was three years old – my parents escaped from communist Czechoslovakia with my older sister and me. When we first moved to the United States almost forty years ago, neither of my parents spoke or understood much English. They did not know who to turn to for help and had no understanding of their legal rights. I never want anyone to be that lost or confused. The struggles my family faced and overcame fueled my passion to attend law school in Montana.

Watching my parents work hard to give my sister and me every opportunity in this great country instilled in me the importance of perseverance and sacrifice. These are the same traits I see in my clients, who have entrusted me with solving their problems, whether those problems are in the courtroom or in the workplace. My parents taught me to be dedicated, honest, and trustworthy. In fact, I am known by my peers and clients for my “tell-it-like-it-is” personality. It is one of my best and most appreciated qualities. My clients always know where they stand with me and their cases.

The other joys in my life are getting into the mountains for a hike with my amazing husband Joe, playing with my three fur babies (Scout, Dimitri, and Sadie), and reading a good book.
